Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards & Downloadable software
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened media (CD, DVD, Software, Video Games).
  • Items missing parts or damaged not due to our error.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take up to 7 days for the posting to reflect. If issues persist, contact us at support@everriseinfosolution.co.in.

Sale Items & Exchanges

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@everriseinfosolution.co.in for exchange requests.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
